Welcome to pchouseproductions.com (the "Site"). By using this Site or engaging PC House Productions ("I," "me," or "my") for services, you agree to the terms below.

Services

PC House Productions provides web design, custom CRM and database development, custom WordPress plugin development, hosting and server support, video/animation/audio production, marketing, and brand/design services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal between you (the "Client") and me — these Terms govern general use of the Site and set baseline expectations for engagements.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

Project Engagements

  • Proposals & Scope: Project scope, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement prior to work beginning.
  • Payment: Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) are set per project and outlined in your proposal or invoice.
  • Revisions: The number of included revisions, if any, will be specified per project.
  • Client Responsibilities: Timely feedback, content, and access (e.g., hosting credentials) from the Client are often required to keep a project on schedule; delays on the Client's part may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project (e.g., a custom CRM, plugin, or website) transfers to you, unless otherwise stated in your project agreement.
  • I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing (e.g., for confidential or proprietary systems).
  • Any pre-existing tools, code libraries, or frameworks I use to build your project remain my property and may be reused in other engagements, except where a project agreement states otherwise.
  • Third-party assets (stock imagery, licensed fonts, plugins, etc.) used in your project are subject to their own respective licenses.

Hosting & Ongoing Services

If I provide hosting, maintenance, or support services, those are governed by the specific terms of your hosting/support agreement, including any uptime expectations, backup practices, and cancellation terms.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. I will use reasonable skill and care in delivering all work, but I do not guarantee that any website, system, or software will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC House Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or delivered services, including but not limited to lost revenue or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project or service agreement as outlined in the specific project agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION — TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
